Robby RussellandClaude Opus 5.5 657ef5744d feat(updater): draw the logo left to right after updating 
The logo now sweeps in over ~300ms on a terminal. Non-tty output and
shells without zsh/zselect print it at once as before. The installer
keeps its static banner since it runs under POSIX sh.

Zhiqi Zhang 361fb5c1ac fix(python): match two-digit minor versions in pyuserpaths (#14161) 
The version pattern used the shortest match (#), so "Python 3.11.4"
was truncated to 3.1 and the ~/.local/lib/python3.11/site-packages
check never matched on python >= 3.10, leaving pyuserpaths a no-op.
Use a longest match (##) so the whole minor version is kept.

Robby RussellandClaude Fable 5.1 8d421b6309 fix(systemadmin): make the netstat fallback reachable (#14119) 
Six helpers were written as `ss ... | awk ... || netstat ... | awk ...`.
A pipeline exits with its last command's status, so a missing ss still
ended in awk exiting 0 and the netstat branch never ran. On systems
without ss, sortcons, sortconip, req20, timewait20, syn20 and port_pro
printed nothing.

Each helper now picks ss or netstat by whether ss is installed. con80
gets the same shape so the file has one idiom and no longer prints
"command not found: ss" on the way to netstat. Where both backends
share the same columns, the awk program is written once.
