Update Automatically update grub section

Browse Source 
Timeshift use `/run/timeshift/backup/timeshift-btrfs/snapshots` mountpoint for its snapshots.
Timeshift users must modify the monitoring path:
```
[Path]
PathModified=/.snapshots
```
to
```
[Path]
PathModified=/run/timeshift/backup/timeshift-btrfs/snapshots
```
